returns & exchanges

dnsn works on a 7-day return policy. we seek your kind cooperation regarding this - returns past the 7 day mark since the receipt of goods will not be accepted.

to qualify for any forms of refunds or exchanges, the returned items must either be defective or incorrectly delivered to you. the returned items must be kept in its original condition and in original packaging, i.e. unworn, unwashed, and free of any dirt/stains.

please drop us an email at hello@dnsn.co with your proof of purchase attached prior to returning as well, and do let us know your intention of returning.

if the refunds or exchanges are approved upon inspection, we will inform you at the earliest notice and provide you with the follow-up steps to take. please note that exchanged items must be of equal or lower value to the original item purchased. refunds will be credited back to you via your original mode of payment.
